Damages and issues

Damaged items are eligible for replacement at no cost to the customer. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact Theresa at:
 

Returns

If items are returned for any other reason the customer will need to pay for the return shipping due to the store selling at cost to promote the Holy Face Devotion. To start a return, you can contact Theresa at:
 

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is unused and in original condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
